Healthcare innovation in the Digitial Innovation Group (DIG) for AstraZeneca and DigitasLBi

The work I was involved in at DigitasLBi was genuinely innovative. I had the opportunity to create ground breaking product and service design ideas in the healthcare space and take them to fruition by contributing experience strategy, substantial research and pitching for investment.

 

The markets I designed for spanned from the UK to the US to China, which provided me with invaluable insight into how thorough ethnography, service design and secondary research can yield fantastic user-centered products for any market. In addition, by working within an innovation lab I had the opportunity to understand how product design and start-up approaches can change the way agencies create solutions in order to exceed a user’s expectations instead of simply meeting them.
